I grew up playing football and was fortunate enough to play one year in college. I had my day one of CrossFit in 2014, I got my CF L1 in 2017. When Iām coaching a class, my main goal is for our members to have a good fundamental understanding of the lifts and various movements, which is important to prevent injuries. I ask my classes to work hard, get the most out of themselves, while still having a good time and laughing throughout the WOD. As a coach, there is no better enjoyment then to see someone achieve their own personal goals.
